Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate
- Students must apply for a Transfer Certificate and a Conduct Certificate when leaving the college. The Principal's Office, Library, National Service Scheme, and Hostel authorities must provide the necessary clearances and documents regarding the student's conduct and academic standing.
- When applying for a Transfer Certificate, students must also clear all outstanding dues to the college.
- Upon leaving the college premises, students will be issued the Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate by the college administration/security personnel. The certificate should be obtained from the respective department and returned if any original documents were submitted during admission.
- If a student returns to request additional documents or revisions to the Transfer Certificate or Conduct Certificate after leaving the college, they must apply through the college administration or the competent authority for reissuance.
- It is the responsibility of the college administration or the security department to provide the original records from which the certificates are issued if requested by the concerned individual.
- In the case of final year students graduating, upon their request and based on their eligibility, the college will provide the necessary certificates as part of their application process.
